Eep! [Laine wrinkles her nose at the poke, then hops around Hindenburg until she's behind him. She hops up and down, tail wagging playfully.] Mareep!

[Jack makes no moves to protest. He appreciates the company!]

Well. Thing is, I've been traveling just to find this tower, thinking it was the way home. Now, I'm not entirely sure what to do with myself.

[The balloon pokemon whrils around, trying to keep his eyes on Laine. "Flooon!" He plucks a leaf from the bushes Jack has been sitting near and drops it for the sheep. This is a very special gift apparently.]

[Sakaki glances over at the Sprout Tower, which she actually hasn't tried to explore yet. She's not sure how it could relate to someone's home... but oh well.]

Mm... I'm sorry... that it didn't work out. For what it's worth... you're not alone, in wondering what to do.

[Laine peers down at the leaf, mouth open in a curious little 'o'. After a moment, she lets out a happy "Reep!" and picks the leaf up, tail bouncing. She will treasure it forever. ♥]

[This takes a bit of consideration.] Well... Yes and no. I have been fighting, but... more than anything else, it's for my Pokémon's sakes. Maru-chan enjoys fighting, and Akira-chan suffers from headaches that will go away when she evolves...

[At this point Laine trots over and hops into Sakaki's lap to show her the new gift she's gotten!] Ah! Laine-chan? What...

[Jack looks thoughtful as he watches Sakaki's pokemon. He wondered if blowing off some steam on the battlefeild would help make Doc less...face-bitey.]

I guess I should talk to my Pokemon more. Yours seem to really like you!

[Laine eeps happily, dropping the leaf into Sakaki's hand and tilting her head to one side repeatedly. After a few seconds, Sakaki gets the idea and leans in to tuck the leaf behind Laine's ear-thingy. This pleases her greatly, and she hops over to Sakaki's other Pokémon to show off.]

Hm? Oh... W-Well, perhaps. I do my best for them, and... they do their best for me.
