[The feed opens on the path winding through town. Jack is sitting under a tree near the entrance with his Poke'Gear pointed at it. Edgar occasionally hops into view, pecking at the ground. It's afternoon.]



Hello! Before Edgar and I head off in search of the tower with the ghosts, I thought we would stay around here a few days. Would anyone in the area want  to meet and swap stories? We're in Cherrygrove!

[He tilts the 'Gear up to point at the sign.]

I was sort of curious about how everyone else ended up here. I've been watching the feed and there seems to be more confused people every day.

Yeah, no kidding. This whole place is nuts. As for how I got here, it's not to exciting. Was walking out of the hospital and bam, here I was.

Nuts is a good word for it. It's way too colorful for me. I think I was hiding out in one of the back office rooms pretending not to be there and fell asleep.

Green. Green's the word. It's not a bad thing! Just...different. Lots and lots of different.

I'm from Halloween Town. Nobody I've spoken to knows where that is. Or how to get back there.

[There's a pause. Barney recognizes the name and there's probably a childhood memory of seeing the movie but it's gone so he's useless] Sounds familiar but I'm not too sure where.
