I've arrived safely. Forgive me for not checking in sooner, but I've been in Lavender Town for a day or so no. I have to say, I never expected this amount of unrest in the air. It's absolutely oppressive. The spirits here are not happy.

_{[Jack flips the 'gear around to show the Radio Tower in the gloom of sunset.]}

I'd so hoped my arrival would be happier. I have wanted to visit this town since I arrived three long years ago.

Not that I can see. It's incredibly odd. With the way it feels out here I would have expected to see the tower turned upside down.

I can't recall the month, but there was a night I had my backside handed to me on a silver platter by a handful of playful ghosts in Sprout Tower.

Perhaps they need someone to encourage them.

But the ones who flooded all of southern Johto with hallucinogenic fog weren't being playful, they were being sociopaths.

Who does something like that? Like how stupid and basically terrible do you have to be to tear down the final resting place for a bunch of Pokémon! Especially to build a radio tower, of all things!

Ah, good! The ghosts in Sprout Tower made it very clear what they think about people in their space. That's why I'm so puzzled over these ones...
