Today's the day! I'm getting out of that stuffy house and making my way to Lavender Town. Why...I don't think I've even been to another town since I arrived in Goldenrod years ago. This is so exciting!

Needless to say, Drama classes will be canceled and if anyone needs to send me anything, forward it to Ecruteak. Wish me luck!

I've been hearing stories about it ever since I arrived three years ago. I need a ghost pokemon from there.

From what I hear, it's crawling with them! I had a bit of a sour experience with the ghost-types in Violet and I thought this would be a good chance to set things right. You could almost call it a spiritual journey!

What happened in Violet? Did it have something to do with the tower?

Well, the ghosts in the tower. I was unprepared when I went in and they had a good time showing me I was an intruder.

Maybe I should wait to visit it, then. I kind of wanted to try and catch a Gastly and I was planning to visit the tower pretty soon.

[Then again, he kind of wanted to go anyway and see if he could talk to them.]

What you could do is go in with a friend! I went in with little more than a young, easily distracted Murkrow and a Driftloon that I had just captured.

With someone to watch your back, I don't think you'll get dragged up and down the stairs like I did.

[He thinks this idea might be doable. Maybe. He feels bad for what happened on Route 29. Ellis nearly busted his nose open while they were hunting for Hoothoot. Maybe if he just trains instead.]
