For anyone who's interested in attending the Dead Man's Party, we now have a date and location! It will be held in Goldenrod, on October the 27th! The lovely Miss Rangiku has offered her home to us for the evening. There will be refreshments, story swapping, and music if we can repair her piano in time.

Actually, I believe those are the spirits angered by the graves that were displaced when the Lavender tower became a radio tower.

Surely there were ghost pokemon before that happened...weren't there?

...There must have been. But I've no doubt it bolstered their numbers.
