_{[Jack wastes no time face-caming it up. He is all smiles and his murkrow, Edgar, is on his shoulder.]}

For anyone who's interested in attending the Dead Man's Party, we now have a date and location! It will be held in Goldenrod, on October the 27th! The lovely Miss Rangiku has offered her home to us for the evening. There will be refreshments, story swapping, and music if we can repair her piano in time.

Other Father, do you think you could help?

I'll be sending out invitations with directions to anyone who is interested. The living are welcome as well!

[Excuse him, he's just going to get a very small chuckle out of this.]

In the flesh. It's...it's really nice to meet you in person, Jack. Er. Figuratively, at least. I'm a huge fan of your work. Halloween and April Fools are my favorite celebrations.

I, uh, know this'll sound way weird...well, maybe not. I mean, we're all in another world here and now so the whole thing about 'more than one world out there' is probably an understood 'round here. Like, especially what with all these people from so many different places and times all gettin' crammed together in this crazy place. Actually, it'd be a real wonder if somebody didn't figure the whole 'multiple worlds' bit out from bein' lugged here...

[And it just so happens that it's at this point that he realizes he's going off on a tangent. Demyx almost drops the gear from flailing about in shock at how far off topic he's gotten, but catches it and steadies the feed again. The blond reaches back to scratch his head nervously, then chuckles while grinning sheepishly at the camera.]

Sorry, sorry. My bad. What I was tryin' to say was just that I know about Halloween Town and you from my world. I can explain...er, if you really want me to, that is.

After we've met with Miss Rangiku, we can start gathering supplies. Never too early to prepare! I just hope nothing comes up.

_{[Jack's smile fades as Demyx recognizes him and launches into his explanation of how he knows who Jack is. And possibly that thing he did concerning Christmas. However, as the boy flails and flouders, the grin returns.]

[It's been a while since he's met a fan. A fan of his WORK. Not just somebody who knows about THE TIME HE ALMOST FUCKED UP CHRISTMAS FOR ALL THE CHILDREN EVER sob.]}

Don't worry, I've met a few others and I'm well aware there are world within worlds. There's probably a conversation between another Jack and another Demyx taking place right now in another world out there.

BUT. That's not what this is about!

I'd be thrilled to have you at our Dead Man's Party!

Stra~nge and wonde~rful things happened last Halloween- strange because everyone forgot.

[He didn't though; luckily his outfit was just Halloween/pumpkin themed. But everyone running around acting weirdly was rather fun to watch... until things got a bit complicated and reports of thievery, kidnapping and attacks got around. And then there was the network the morning after...]

Need any other instruments in those supplies? [Leave Father in charge and you'll have a small jazz orchestra in her front room. Gotta play 'em all!]

I'll be in town by tomorrow afternoon, after which I'm making a quick trip to the Department Store for a few things. I've got a Growlithe that's...really eager to evolve.

After that, though, I'm free completely. Oh, hey. If you need a performer, I'm your man! Traveling musician, right here. You might even say I'm somethin' of a Jack of all trades.

[And so it begins. Demyx, being a natural goof, has moved directly to puns.

Really, really bad puns.]

A good friend of mine is going to supply music. You might talk to him and see if you can't work out a routine! He's called the Other Father, you can find him on the network or in town once you arrive.

How is Halloween celebrated?

_{[Jack opens his mouth...then closes it.]}

That's pretty much it!

You've no color code? No remembrance of a particular event? That's a very general theme.

To be honest, it's less of a party and more of a get-together of kindred spirits, hah. I thought it might help some of those who are still coping with their own death feel better to be around others who have been through the same thing.

There are usually harvest festivals with hayrides. Children enjoy dressing up in costumes and going door to door for treats and older individuals partake in watching horror movies or telling ghost stories to one another. Others like to go to old abandoned buildings and test their courage because it's said that the world of the living and the world of the dead are much closer together this time of year.

I have to admit that the local atmosphere is perhaps not the most appropriate for acceptance of your final fate. People brought here immediately after death must have some trouble accepting it.

Well, someone might come with me, but we'll see once the time comes.

I dunno. Does Goldenrod have a good costume selection? I was gunna browse a bit to see if anything really looked good. I'm definitely open to suggestions, too. Especially from the man himself.

You're telling me. I've never been anywhere quite so...colorful.

I'd never seen anything so peaceful and safe, even during our years of peace. Or a world with so few deaths.

Okay! I'll be sure to sprinkle some on the invitations! They'll look absolutely amazing. I'll only sprinkle a little bit, though, just so it's eye catching! [ Jack this is a bad idea.... they'll look so glittery when they're done, though! At least it can't be that bad. ]

Isn't that curious? I've been trying to understand the lack of death for some time now.
