_{[Today's video is not a smiling old man but a large, dark face with enormous watery red eyes. The Yamask, Eric, has gottenhold of Jack's 'gear and is hovering among tarp-strewn walls and boxes of props. Everything that is visible, though, is aptly creepy and rickety and uninviting--just the way a haunted house should look.]}

Yamask! Yamamamask! Yamask!

< This is a horrible idea! It's terrible! Everything is going to go wrong, I know it! This whole contraption is an accident waiting to happen! A fire hazard! A death trap! Nobody listens to me! Ooooh, why won't anyone listen to me? Friends, if your trainers insist on coming to this--this--hullabaloo, please get them to wear a helmet or-- or strong shoes or...oh, just carry a first aid kit! >

_{[The Yamask sucks in a huge sniff and nods his whole body up and down. He can do that.]}

...Are you in danger? [Gotta make sure the little guy was safe. He looked scared enough already]

_{[Eric thinks this over and shakes his head no. Technically, being already 'dead', he was in no danger.]}

[Weird. Why was it crying, then? Maybe it was a wuss. Or in its past life it was a wuss. Or maybe... he takes another look at the background, as much as he could see through the pokegear.]

Are you lost? Or. Scared? [It was kinda hard to tell if that was Yamask's normal look.]

_{[Eric shakes his head, then nods rapidly. Yes, he's very scared! The little ghost floats down the long hall and turns the gear to show off the gory decorations and disorienting slant to the doorways and floors.]}

[And that lovely view gets Rin to jump back in surprise.]

I-Is that real? [It certainly looked real but maybe it wasn't? Naaaaaaaaaah it was totes real. Like poor Yamask's fear it was pretty real. But if it was a Halloween thing, it was pretty rad.]

Don't you know an attack that could get rid of illusions? ...If it is an illusion?

_{[Eric blurts out a few more wibbly "Yamask!"s before drifting down the long hall, through some shredded tarps, and out into the open where it's easy to see the kitchen. His trainer, a tall thin man with wild hair, is sitting at the table scribbling in a notebook.]}
