Hello, everyone! It's Ok-toh-bah! I know some of you have to have Halloween where you're from!

Tell me what you do there! I'd love to get some new ideas to take home with me if-- You know. Anyhow!

Games are always good-- bobbing for apples, seeing who can tell the starriest ghost story, maybe Murder in the Dark-- it's a little like hide-and-go-seek. Or perhaps change it to Sardines...

_{[He's noticed that a lot of the people like them who have showed up have somewhat dark pasts and playing a game themed around a serial killer on a night that's supposed to be fun miiiight not go very well. He's learning!]}

And treats-- can't forget those!

A good Halloween would necessitate my finding a suitable location to upload my personality back where it belongs.

I wish there were ghosts here...and not only ghost pokemon.

Ne, I'm thinking maybe for Halloween to try holding a seance to see if there really are any real ghosts around, did you want to come?

That would not be strictly necessary. But I'm sure it would be of great help.

I was in the market earlier today and I found some glow-in-the-dark paint. It goes on clear. If we paint it on some of the bushes outside, people will believe there are creatures looking in the windows at night.

Exactly! Can't be Halloween without atmosphere! Tell me if you run across any horror movies for rent while you're out and about.

Phobias, huh? I’m pretty sure some of the people here are afraid of insects. I’m not so sure about the rats, though. I mean, we’ve got Rattatas all around Johto and no one has a problem with those.
