<sub>[Equipped with goggles, a coat, and a big ass blue fishmonster, Jack searches the streets of Goldenrod for anyone who might need help. The Gyarados slithers behind him in the waist-high sludge and rumbled loudly, complaining about the smell.]

[It's evening and with the lights out, the town takes on an eerie, almost familiar look. Dying sunlight glistens off the trash-filled water. They had ventured out in a short lull between storms.]</sub>

Sort of looks like the swamps back home...wish you could have seen them, Dennis, you would have liked them.

[Yuugi's floating overhead, retreating back to the town edge before the storm starts up again, after a quick check for people below.

But he glances down at the yelling, wondering who Dennis is, before he calls down to the distant form of Jack.]

We're good! What can you see from up there?

[He looks around a second before floating down closer to Jack, to cut back on the yelling.]

I thought I heard you calling for someone.

Oh, I was just scolding Dennis...but I haven't actually found anyone so far. I should be grateful for that.

I am! Haven't found anyone though, thank goodness.

Oh- Phew, that's good. I thought we got mostly everybody out of town or to the Center before it got too dark...

[ While her Dragonite can't really take to the air too well right now, he's still tall enough to trek through the sludge without losing his trainer. Since she's short, it would be all too dangerous for her to, so instead she'll be latched on the back of his neck up above his spanned out wings, looking for people. It doesn't take the pair long to spot Jack. ]

Well met, Jack! [ She calls out as the Dragonite hobbles over. ] Do you need aid?

Same! I'm glad you were able to help them out. What I'm worried about is folks under the water...but I don't think people here can drown.

[He fumbles with the some of the Pokeballs he brought with him.]

Drat, I really need to catch more water Pokemon for jobs like these.

But, after eying the water level that might near cover him if he dropped into it, Yuugi asks-]

Do you think there's anything left here worth salvaging? Most anything I saw floating was a lost cause.

I've just been looking for people or hurt pokemon. Everything else can be replaced.

Any ideas where to look? I was just thinking two story shops or something, or maybe trees, since something might've gotten caught when the water was higher.
